4 Tips to Sleep Well! (Part 1)


Are you suffering from fatigue, difficulty focusing, irritability (reactive), or making mistakes at work because you’re just not sleeping? You’re in the right place if this is happening for you.

Sleep issues are the #1 complaint from those who are in a state of stress. These tips are just a beginning point to help you immediately.

Over the next 3 videos, I’ll be sharing more that will help resolve what’s causing your Insomnia or Sleep Issues so you can enjoy a Vibrant Energetic life.

Don’t let sleeplessness go on too long, it can contribute to the development of diabetes, heart disease, and many other illnesses.

Sleep is essential and you are worth the time it takes to resolve the issue and find a way to rest well naturally for more optimal health and living!

Today I’ll be sharing 4 tips to start getting some rest!

1. Meditation on the Heart (I’ll guide you through it in the video)

2. If, you have a chattering mind and images of repetitive issues that you can’t seem to stop/control, embrace them as you’d embrace a child desiring to be loved. Look around the room using your peripheral vision, really seeing things in your space.

3. Go to bed at the same time each day.

4. One hour before bedtime turn of the cell phone, the computer, the modem (wifi), and tv. Turn off all the lights when you go to bed. Take this on as a challenge to do each step for a week!

Don’t let sleeplessness go on too long, it can contribute to the development of diabetes, heart disease, and many other illnesses. Sleep is essential and you are worth the time it takes to resolve the issue and find a way to rest well naturally for more optimal health and living!

2. Alternate nose breathing, see video.

3. Blood sugar could be an issue. If you wake up at night it may be from low blood sugar. Cut down on the sweets and eat more often. Exercise helps balance blood sugar. The best exercise is some form of high-intensity alternative training. See a natural health professional.

4. Acupuncture- over 48 years this has proven in my practice to be a fantastic option for improving sleep.

4 Last Tips to Get Some Rest! (Part 3)


(Part 3) 4 Tips for Better Sleep!
Are you suffering from fatigue, difficulty focusing, irritability, making mistakes at work because you are not getting enough sleep? You are in the right place.

Today I’ll be sharing 4 last tips to start getting some rest!

1. If you mouth breath when you are asleep, tape your mouth with a special tape from the drug store.

2. Adrenal gland could be the issue. Meditate, take a warm bath before bed. Take an adrenal supplement.

3. Gut flora is likely part of the problem. The creation of melatonin is significantly related to the creation of serotonin from the gut. It is important to get-out-the glycosate and build the flora so set a time with me through the link below so you can get the supplements that are right for you! Use melatonin short term.

4. Breathing out twice as long as breathing in.
In 2 out 4 to start, to make it more effective hold the breath out for 5-10 seconds.

Release the Disappointing Past to Enjoy the Now!


Are you struggling with or feel stuck in old hurts, disappointments, irritations, negative states or beliefs that steal your joy? Today we’ll release the past and move into a more positive state to enjoy the now.

Tips to live in the present as a loving expression vs. living in the past

1. Notice this week if you have moments when you are thinking of the past or unresolved issues and are totally missing out on the joy of the present!

2. Note what the past issue is and address later after work if you can set it aside.

If it’s overwhelming, take a break in a private space and do the tapping technique.

Then choose to be present, imagine what you want instead and enjoy that energy in the moment.

3. If you work with it later, address the past issue/frustration using the technique I teach in the video! 

Release what you are distracted by and the emotional charge around it so you don’t get caught in a pattern of focusing on experiences you don’t want and accidentally create more of it!

4. Become aware of what needs to shift for you to be in alignment with the experience you truly desire.

(Can involve shifts in boundaries, agreements, reminders/systems, getting support for long term change with repetitive patterns , learning new ways of being or skills, increasing emotional intelligence/empowerment, choosing supportive thoughts/interpretations/beliefs, making choices and taking actions in harmony with your vision.)
